• All parents are responsible for reading the newsletters sent via e-mail.
  • STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW THE ‎DRESS CODE. ANY STUDENT NOT PROPERLY PREPARED FOR CLASS MAY BE ASKED TO SIT OUT.
  • Good attendance is very important in order for your child to progress in our dance program. Please call the studio if your child is sick to arrange a make-up class. students SHOULD NOT ATTEND CLASS WHILE SICK.
  • Students must be on time for class. Please arrive five minutes before class.
  • ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE ON AUTO-PAY. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. All late payments are subject to a $20.00 late fee.
  • There are NO refunds or pro-rating for missed classes or holidays, please arrange for a make-up class. ALL MAKE-UP CLASSES MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE MISSED CLASS. Tuition is non-refundable. There are no refunds for ordered costumes or uniforms. No costumes will be given out until all tuition and costume balances are paid in full.
  • WithdrawAl: aNY customer WISHING TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PROGRAM MUST notify THE studio. IF NO NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGEs.
  • NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO, ONLY WATER BOTTLES!
  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced articles.
  • Parents are NOT allowed to watch classes. We must keep the door to the studio closed since children get distracted easily. 
  • On snow days please check your e-mail for information. An e-mail will be sent to let you know if the studio is closed. It will also be posted on our social media sites.
  • We insist on respect for staff at all times. Any complaints will be heard when done in a respectful manner.
  • When class is finished students must wait in the reception area for a parent or guardian. students mAy NOT leave the studio without a parent or guardian.
    Please pick up your child in a timely manner.
